Hunt deer, wild hog, turkey, dove, or quail on Clay Hill Hunting Preserve. Clay Hill Hunting Preserve is located on the Watson Farm in Clay County, Georgia, on a clay hill nine miles north of Fort Gaines, Ga. With its small fields, pine woods, creek, and oak bottoms, the area has always been a prime location for wildlife. Though we are new to the hunting buisness we are certainly not new to hunting. Hunting and fishing has always been a longt standing tradition here. Because of our farming practices there has alwaws been an abundance of wildlife, so we have decided to devote more of our time to this plantiful resource. We are currently setting aside more acres specificaly devoted to wildlife. We have heard numerous people state that they have seen the most deer and the biggest deer in this area while passing by Clay Hill Hunting Preserve.

We always have a large quantity of dove that raise in the area and we have planted several fields in strips with a variety of foods that dove just crave.

If you would like a little change of pace we have a fish pond stocked with catfish that make for some mighty fine eating, but be sure to put some new line on your reel, and set your drag, because there are some that just might take it away from you.

We hope you will check us out here at Clay Hill Hunting Preserve whether you are looking for a trophy for the wall, meat for the freezer, or just some time to relax in the country.

Non-hunters may desire a stay at Clay Hill for some relaxing time in the country, fishing, or just checking out nature. We are also located near Meadow Links Golf course, one of the best courses around in case you prefer not to spend all of your time in the woods. We are also just a few miles from Lake Walter F. George if you desire we can set you up with a guided fishing trip on the lake or you may prefer to do some fishing here at the catfish pond at Clay Hill Hunting Preserve. Families Welcome!
